This depends on my schedule as well as the item type you are requesting. If I am not working on a project when I receive your request, then I can begin work as soon as possible for me. If I am, I will let you know the wait time until I will be free to work on your project. 

Everything item is dependent on size, but here are few items to give you an idea:

Blankets that are throw size and bigger take up to 3 months. 

Clothes like tops and sweaters range from 2-8 weeks. 

Amigurumi can be made with 3 hours to a few weeks.

For every item, I charge for the cost of the materials and then add for my time or a set price will be established at the time of your request. If you are having your item shipped to you, you will also be responsible for covering shipping costs which vary per item.

For all orders, I request that a minimum payment be made to cover the cost of materials. Once I complete the item, I will request the remaining balance.

For items that have an established cost, you may pay it in full at the beginning of your order. 

For custom orders that do not have an established cost, I will provide an estimate.  Once the item is complete, I will confirm the estimate or correct it to match the time spent on the project before you send the final payment.

Payment forms I accept include cash, card, and PayPal. All card payments are done through Square. 

If you do not want your item shipped to you, then I am open to meeting in a public space within a 30 mile radius of Barnwell County for pickup.

Yes. You can cancel your order. As stated under the refund policy, you will not receive a refund for the cost of the materials used on the project. If you cancel your order after paying for it in full, you will receive a partial refund and your order will be cancelled. 

My return and refund policy is as follows: Returned items must be issued within 2 weeks of your purchase. You will be responsible for returning the item within 3 weeks of issuing a return. A refund will only be issued after the returned item has been received.  The refund will not include the price of materials used for the item.
